4 eggs 325 gr corn syrup 130 gr sugar 40 gr margarine melted 14 gr vanilla extract 200 gr pecans coarsely 9 unbaked pastry shell
Instructions
Combine first five ingredients. Beat with electric mixer until blended. Stir in pecans. Pour mixture into pastry shell. Bake at 180ÂșC or 50-55 minutes. Makes one 23 cm pie.
