One-skillet: Spicy Vegetable Noodle Stir Fry

Ingredients

some broccoli
240 gr tofu
350 ml chicken broth
5 gr cornstarch
30 ml soy sauce
16 ml honey
5 ml sesame oil
2 gr pepper
30 ml vegetable oil
160 gr mixed mushrooms
16 gr ginger
8 gr garlic
8 gr jalapeno pepper
1/2 slices bell pepper
120 ml broth
16 ml oil in wide non-stick skillet
60 ml chicken broth

Instructions

Dump in reserved tofu mixture and stir-fry, adding more chicken broth if needed to coat evenlTaste and season with more sesame oil, hot chili oil and/or dried red chili peppers. Serve over noodles or rice
