Ingredients
1 egg
130 gr flour
28 gr baking powder
2 gr baking soda
240 ml buttermilk
60 ml water
14 gr sugar
3 gr salt
1 shortening
Instructions
Combine all ingredients with enough shortening to form dough balls about the size of golf balls Deep fry until brown.
