Onion & Mushroom Bhajis

Ingredients

1 onion
20 gr button mushrooms
32 gr brown rice flour
32 gr all purpose flour
1 gr turmeric
1 gr chili powder
1 gr cumin
1 gr coriander
1 gr salt
160 ml yogurt
1/4 slices thinly onion
1/2 cube of day-old bread browns in
10 equal portions

Instructions

minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels. Garnish with parsley sprig, if desired, and serve warm.
