Open-faced Tuna Sandwiches

Ingredients

1 package tuna in oil
95 gr unpeeled apple
22 gr onion
30 gr walnuts
60 ml mayonnaise
10 ml lemon juice
1 gr salt
1 gr pepper
4 slices bread
4 slices monterey jack cheese

Instructions

Recipe by: Sue Klapper In a bowl, combine tuna, apple, onion, walnuts, salad dressing, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Spread on bread; top with a cheese slice. Broil 10 cm from the heat for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
