Orange Biscuits #2

Ingredients

110 gr butter
1/2 orange
50 gr caster sugar
1 birds custard powder
45 gr flour

Instructions

Cream together the butter, sugar and orange rind until light and fluffy. Gradually blend in the custard powder and flour. Form into 24 small balls and place, well apart, on greased baking sheets. Flatten with a fork and bake at 180ÂșC Leave to cool on a wire rack. ----
