Orange Cheesecake With Strawberries

210 gr vanilla wafers
1 gr cinnamon
16 gr egg
1 vegetable oil cooking spray
240 gr low-fat cottage cheese
230 ml cream cheese
65 gr sugar
8 gr all purpose flour
30 ml orange juice
3 gr orange rind
4 gr vanilla extract
1 navel orange
300 gr strawberries

9 springform with cooking spray
Instructions
