Orange-ginger Dip

Ingredients

7 gr ginger
120 ml cream cheese
120 ml sour cream
60 ml orange juice
1/2 orange zest

Instructions

Beat the ginger and cream cheese to a smooth consistency, then add the sour cream, blending well. Add the orange juice and orange zest, blending well. Cover and chill. Makes about 1.25 cups of dip. SUGGESTED DIPPERS: Apricots, Chicken, Pound Cake Cubes
