Orange-glazed Bananas

Ingredients

6 bananas
1/4 grand marnier
75 gr firmly packed brown sugar
40 gr walnuts
180 ml orange juice
26 gr butter
1 vanilla ice cream

Instructions

Arrange bananas in shallow baking dish. Combine orange juice and Grand Marnier; pour over bananas. Dot with butter. Bake in preheated oven at 200ÂșC or 10 minutes, basting occasionally. Sprinkle with nuts and brown sugar; continue baking until sugar is melted and nuts are glazed and toasted, about 5 minutes. Serve with ice cream or sour cream.
