Orange-Honey - Mustard Salad Dressing

Ingredients

30 ml orange juice concentrate
7 ml wine vinegar
7 ml honey
1 ml dry mustard
1 gr salt
70 gr safflower

Instructions

Combine ingredients and whisk until emulsified. Makes half cup, enough for 4. For Creamy Orange Honey Mustard Dressing add 2 tablespoons lemon juice, quarter cup yogurt and 1 tablespoon mayonnaise to ** 0.25** cup of above dressing. Toss with DRY, mixed, chilled 4 to 6 servings.
