Orange Roast Brisket

Ingredients

3 onions
1,800 gr brisket of beef
120 ml wine
240 ml orange juice
45 ml tomato sauce
4 gr sugar

Instructions

Salt Pepper Garlic Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Use covered roasting pan. Place onions on bottom and brisket on top, fat side up. Combine wine, orange juice, tomato sauce and sugar. Pour over meat. Add spices and roast in covered pan for 2.5 hours. Raise heat to 350 degrees and roast for half hour uncovered. Slice against grain when cooled.
