Orange Roughy With Lemon Sauce

Ingredients

2 orange roughy fillets
1 egg
7 gr seasoned bread crumbs
9 gr olive
80 ml water
60 ml dry table wine
5 gr parsley
2 ml instant chicken broth mix
1 garlic clove
1 fish fillet in the egg
9 non-stick skillet

Instructions

about 30 seconds. Stir in water, wine, parsley, lemon juice, and broth mix. Cook over high heat until mixture comes to a boil; continue to cook until mixture is reduced to about quarter cup, about 4-5 minutes. Pour over fish and serve.
