Overnight Turkey Chili

Ingredients

2 turkey thigh skinned
150 gr tomato
2 green pepper seeded
3 jalapeno pepper
1 tbl
1 onion
1 garlic clove
4 gr cilantro leaves
5 gr unsweetened cocoa powder
4 gr cumin seeds
1 gr cinnamon

Instructions

Combine ingredients in a crock pot. Cover and cook for 14 to 16 hrs at low h eat. Note: double the recipe to make 8 servings, and freeeze extras in single serving portions if desired. 295 calories each
