Ozark Pudding

Ingredients

40 gr all purpose flour
6 gr baking powder
1 gr salt
1 egg
150 gr sugar
65 gr nuts
4 gr vanilla
240 ml whipping cream

Instructions

-ORVanilla ice cream Preheat oven to 160ÂșC . Butter 1 litre casserole or souffle dish. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Beat egg and sugar until light and fluffy. Add flour mixture and blend well. Fold in apple, nuts and vanilla. Spoon into prepared dish and bake 30 minutes. Serve pudding warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
