Pad Thai

Ingredients

230 gr chantaboon rice sticks
16 ml vegetable oil
6 eggs
60 ml vegetable oil
8 garlic gloves
270 gr pork
60 ml vinegar
50 gr sugar
130 gr radish
60 ml fish sauce
200 gr peanuts
14 gr chile powder
2 bean sprouts
120 gr green onion
1 cilantro
1 package lime
20 wait
16 ml oil until sizzling
60 ml oil in wok until sizzling ho garlic

Instructions

eggs, and the next 5 ingredients, stir to blend. Remove to serving plate. Serve bean sprouts cold on the side. Garnish with green onion and cilantro. Serve with slices of fresh lime. Squeeze lime on pad thai. Serves 10 as a side dish. Serves 6 as an only dish.
