Ingredients

3/4 mung bean sprouts
85 gr rice noodles
1/4 wide
45 ml lime juice
45 ml catsup
14 gr brown sugar
60 ml fish sauce
45 ml peanut oil
4 garlic
1 chile
4 gr pepper flakes
260 gr carrots
1 gr eggs
130 gr peanuts
