Panang Beef

Ingredients

some salt and pepper
3 b
450 gr beef
1 gr salt
1 pepper
8 chilis
1 kha
3 shallots
6 garlic
6 gr lemon grass
2 gr coriander root
2 gr kaffir
10 peppercorns
3 gr shrimp paste
1,000 ml coconut milk
400 ml coconut cream
200 gr peanuts
12 basil leaves
30 ml fish sauce
26 gr palm sugar

Instructions
