Paris-Texas Onion Soup

Ingredients

950 gr onions
350 gr butter
3 gr salt
1 gr black pepper
950 ml milk
2 packages stock

Instructions

Simmer onions in butter 45 minutes. Season to taste. Add milk, cream and chicken broth. Place toast in bottom of soup bowl. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Pour soup over toast.
