Parmesan

Ingredients

some pepper to
425 gr potatoes
2 fennel bulbs
475 ml defatted chicken broth
120 ml skim milk
10 gr parmesan
28 gr flavored bread crumbs

Instructions

with the milk and butter. Then transfer to oven-proof casserole; top with Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Brown under broiler for a few minutes.
