Parmesan Bread

Ingredients

2 dry yeast
60 ml lukewarm water
160 ml nonfat dry milk
80 gr parmesan cheese
2 egg
16 ml olive oil
8 gr sugar
4 gr salt
1 gr cayenne pepper
475 gr all purpose flour
200 gr cheese
1/2 shape
1/2 a ball

Instructions

Meanwhile, preheat oven to 180ÂșC . Brush the risen loaves with beaten egg white. With a sharp knife, make three 1 cm deep slashes in each loaf. Sprinkle loaves with the remaining 1 tablespoon cheese. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes, or until the loaves sound hollow when tapped on the bottom. Cool on a wire rack. Makes two 15 cm loaves, 8 slices each. 170 calories per slice; 8 g protein, 3 g fat, 27 g carbohydrate, 147 mg sodium, 19 mg cholesterol
