Parsley Artichokes

Ingredients

9 artichokes
2 lemons
4 rinds
475 ml water
4 gr salt
1 gr pepper
120 ml olive oil
1 garlic clove
7 gr italian parsley
55 gr bread crumbs
475 ml water
1/2 oil

Instructions

garlic and parsley and spread over the artichoke halves. Cook over moderate heat, covered, for 30 to 45 minutes, depending on size and freshness of artichokes. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and the remaining oil. Just before serving, place under the broiler, or in a 150ÂșC oven for 3 minutes or until the tops begin to brown.
