Party Crab Special

Ingredients

26 gr knox gelatin
60 ml water
1 package cream of mushroom soup
240 ml mayonnaise
110 gr cans crab meat
100 gr celery
16 ml worcestershire sauce
1 onion
1 gr salt

Instructions

juice from one lemon Soften gelatin in cold water. Heat soup, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, onion and cream cheese in double boiler until cheese is melted. Add gelatin and salt. Stir until dissolved. Chill until partly set. Fold in crab meat and celery. Turn into half quart mold and chill until firm. Serve with crackers.
