Pasta E' Fagioli Soup

Ingredients

16 ml oil
900 gr beef
170 gr onion
210 gr slivered carrots
170 gr celery
15 cans of kidney bea
48 kidney bean
5 gr oregano
7 gr pepper
3 gr parsley
7 ml tabasco sauce

Instructions

Shell or elbow macaroni nood Saute beef in oil in a large 9 litre pot until beef starts to brown. Add onions, carrots, celery and tomatoes and simmer for about 10 minutes. Drain and rinse beans and add to the pot. Also add beef stock, oregano, >> pepper, Tabasco, spaghetti sauce, and noodles. Simmer until celery and carrots are tender, about 45 minutes. This recipe will make 9 litre of soup!!! Great for guests!!!
