Pasta E Fagiolle***

Ingredients

16 gr onion
450 gr pea
60 ml olive oil
700 ml beef broth
24 gr carrots
20 gr celery
170 gr tubular macaroni
2 pork chops
10 gr parmesan cheese

Instructions

Saute onions; add celery, carrots, and pork. Add tomatoes and cook for 20minutes. Add precooked beans and cook for 5 minutes, then add broth and bring to a boil. To thicken, scoop out half of the beans and put in a food processor. Adjust liquid and macaroni. Cook until ready and add cheese at last minute.
