Pasta Jambalaya
Ingredients
280 gr chicken
130 gr tasso
34 gr green pepper
30 gr onion
2 garlic
1 creole seasoning
1/4 stick butter
1 provolone
1 gouda
200 gr three-colored pasta
Instructions
Saute meats in oil. Add pepper, onion, garlic, seasoning and butter. Heat. Toss with pasta and serve with grated cheeses.
