45 gr butter 45 ml olive oil 1 shallot 1 stalk celery 110 gr crab meat 18 gr tomato paste 110 ml tomato sauce 240 ml sparkling wine 150 gr pasta according to directions
Instructions
Melt butter in oil and sautee shallot and celery until translucent. Add paste and tomato sauce. Mix well. Add flavor cube and wine and cook over low heat 5 min. Add crab and cook for 5 more min. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve over hot pasta.
