Pasta With Roasted Vegetables And Balsamic Vinegar

Ingredients

1 scallions
1 lengths
1 bell pepper
1 zucchini
4 tomatoes
3 garlic
45 ml balsamic vinegar
16 ml olive oil
100 gr bow-tie pasta

Instructions

Combine scallions, bell pepper, zucchini, tomatoes, garlic, Balsamic vinegar, and olive oil in a shallow baking dish. Bake at 200ÂșC or about 30 minutes (stirring once), or until vegetables are tender.

Cook pasta in boiling water according to package directions. Drain hot cooked pasta and toss with vegetables, and serve.
