Patty Ann's Chocolate Diamonds

Ingredients

110 gr butter
3 squares unsweetened baking chocolate
200 gr sugar
2 eggs
130 gr flour
4 gr vanilla extract
90 gr pecans

Instructions

Oven 400� F.

Grease 9 x 13 x 5 cm pan. Melt butter and chocolate. Stir in sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Bake at 400� for 15 minutes. Let cool in pan. Cut into diamonds.

Store in tin box between layers of wax paper.
