Peach & Berry Lattice Pie

100 gr granulated sugar

38 gr piecesf
475 gr berries to peaches
2 gr orange peel
60 ml squeezed orange juice
60 ml orange juice
1/2 pastry

1 beyond rim of
10 circle
1/2 slices wide
1/2 slices over filling about
1 apar repeat with remaining
10 ml water
Instructions
mixture. Bake on bottom rack of preheated 220ºC oven for 10 minutes. Then reduce heat to 180ºC and continue baking for 40 to 45 minutes or until filling is bubbly and pastry is golden. Per serving: 225 calories, 2.9 g protein, 10.5 g fat, 30.8 g. carbohydrate 0.9 mg iron, 13 calcium.
