Preheat oven to 220ºC . Mix filling ingredients in pot; place on mediumheat and allow to boil. Put hot fruit in bottom of buttered casseroledish. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg. Dot with 1 Tablespoon butter. Mixdough ingredients in separate bowl; form into boll. Roll out dough.
cover filling with rolled dough. Dot dough with butter and sprinklewith half tsp cinnamon.
Bake 30 minutes at 220ºC .
Apples, pears and plums may also be used with this recipe.
