Peaches And Cream Cheesecake

Ingredients

190 gr flour
3 gr salt
2 eggs
240 ml milk
9 gr baking powder
575 gr peaches
450 ml cream cheese
200 gr sugar
75 gr peach syrup
3 gr cinnamon
26 gr sugar

Instructions

Combine first 6 ingredients, and beat 2 minutes at Medium speed. Pour into a greased and floured 9x13-inch pan. Arrange peaches over the top of batter.

Combine cheese, sugar and peach syrup. Beat 2 minutes. Spoon over peaches. Mix cinnamon and sugar together, and sprinkle over the top. Bake at 180ÂșC or 30 to 35 minutes. Store in the refrigerator.
