Peanut Butter Casserole

Ingredients

260 gr round steak
180 gr rice
170 gr peanut butter
130 gr carrots
180 ml tomato sauce
2 celery stalks
1 onion
2 eggs
34 gr green peppers
3 gr salt
3 gr pepper

Instructions

Directions Couldn't be easier: Brown the ground round steak with the chopped onion. In a casserole dish, mix together the peanut butter and the tomato sauce. Mix well. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Bake at 180ÂșC . for about 1 hour.
