Heat oven to 375 degrees. Shape into 1- quarter inch balls. Place 8 cm apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten in crisscross pattern with floured fork. Bake 9-10 minutes or until light brown. Cool 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheet. ----
