Peanut Butter Cream Pie

Ingredients

2 oreo cookies
55 gr butter
230 ml cream cheese
1 at room temperature
270 gr powdered sugar
160 ml creamy peanut butter
475 ml cream
65 gr peanuts

Instructions

Combine cookie crumbs and butter.Press mixture into a 23 cm pie pan.Set in freezer while you prepare the filling. Combine cream cheese,powdered sugar and peanut butter.Beat until smooth.Add the 1 cup cream and mix well.Fold in the whipped cream,gently.Turn into the prepared pie crust.Sprinkle with chopped peanuts.Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours.It can be made several days in advance.Makes 6 to 8 servings.
