Peanut Butter Muffins

Ingredients

250 gr am wheat pastry flour
14 gr non-alum baking powder
1 gr sea salt
55 gr am crunchy peanut butter
60 ml am unrefined vegetable oil
350 ml milk
60 ml unsulphured molasses

Instructions

Stir flour, baking powder, and salt together. Cut in peanut butter and oil with fork or pastry blender until the mixture is like small grains. Add the milk and molasses; stir just until well mixed, but do not beat. Fill oiled muffin tins or muffin cups two third full. Bake dozen to 15 minutes at 180ÂșC .
