Peanut Butter Pie Hotel Iroquois

Ingredients

170 gr graham cracker crumbs
50 gr sugar
3/4 stick butter
85 ml cream cheese
200 gr confectioners sugar
60 ml milk
230 gr smooth peanut butter
9 gr vanilla
350 ml cream
26 gr peanuts

Instructions

CRUST: Combine crumbs, sugar and butter and press into 23 cm pie plate. Bake 220ÂșC or 9-10 min. Let cool. FILLING: Beat cream cheese with confectioners' sugar until light and fluffy and beat in milk, peanut butter and vanilla. In chilled bowl, beat cream until it holds stiff peaks; stir one third of it into the peanut butter mixture; fold in the remaining cream gently but thoroughly.
