Peanut Butter Rounds

Ingredients

75 gr butter
110 gr peanut butter
110 gr packed dark brown sugar
2 egg
2 gr vanilla
160 gr all purpose flour
3 gr baking soda
1 gr nutmeg
16 gr sesame seeds
65 gr wheat germ

In a medium bowl, with an electric mixer, beat butter, peanut butter, sugar, egg and vanilla until the mixture is light and fluffy. Sift flour, baking soda and nutmeg into the peanut butter mixture. Add the sesame seeds; stir until the ingredients are just combined. With your hands, form 3 cm balls of dough. Dip each ball into beaten egg white, then roll it in wheat germ.
