Peanut Butter Soup

Ingredients

12 gr onion
45 gr butter
8 gr flour
230 gr peanut butter
950 ml chicken broth
240 ml whipping cream
1 madeira

Instructions

Cook onion in butter until soft in 2 litre saucepan. Add flour and cook, stirring, until smooth. Stir in peanut butter, add chicken broth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
