Peanut Mojhy

Ingredients

220 gr brown sugar
240 ml molasses
325 gr syrup
240 ml water
55 gr butter
280 gr peanuts

Instructions

To the sugar, add the molasses and water. Boil until it hardens when dropped in cold water. Just before taking from the fire add the butter and the peanuts and mix well. Pour onto well-buttered tins.
