Peanut Muffins

Ingredients

190 gr all purpose flour
50 gr sugar
14 gr baking powder
1 gr salt
2 eggs
110 gr butter
120 ml milk
100 gr dry peanuts

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Combine eggs, butter and milk; add to the dry ingredients and stir just until moistened. Fold in peanuts. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full. Bake at 200ÂșC or 15 minutes or until muffins test done.
