Peanut Pie/crisco
Ingredients
9 filling
100 gr granulated sugar
55 gr firmly packed brown sugar
32 gr all purpose flour
16 gr cornstarch
1 gr salt
700 ml milk
110 gr peanut butter chips
4 egg yolks
36 gr golden crisco shortening
7 gr vanilla
260 gr chocolate covered peanuts
Instructions
chocolate covered peanuts immediately. Cool to room temperature before serving. Refrigerate leftover pie. ----
