Pear 'n Cranberry Pie

Ingredients

15 refrigerated
600 gr pears
170 gr cranberries
200 gr sugar
16 gr cornstarch
45 ml cranberry juice
28 gr margarine
65 gr confectioners sugar
7 ml cranberry juice
9 pie
200 gr sugar
45 ml juice
2 cookie cutter
2 cutouts with water

Instructions

Bake at 220ÂșC or 40 to 50 minutes, or until golden brown. Cover edge of piecrust with strips of foil after 15 to 20 minutes of baking to prevent excessive browning. To make a glaze, blend confectioners' sugar and juice in a small bowl, adding enough juice for desired consistency. Drizzle over warm pie. Garnish as desired. Makes 8 servings.
