Pear-plum Spread

Ingredients

some fruit
4 pears
2 ascorbic acid color keeper
5 plums
1 ginger
1 cinnamon stick
120 ml water
38 gr artificial sugar
9 aspartame tablets
1/2 headspace
10 min in a boiling

Instructions
