Pears In Caramel Cream

Ingredients

6 pears
150 gr sugar
28 gr butter
240 ml whipping cream

Instructions

Place pears in a buttered shallow baking pan; sprinkle with sugar, and dot with butter. Bake at 250ÂșC or 15 minutes or until sugar turns brown; baste several times.
