Pecan Crunch Apple Pie

Ingredients

270 gr cooking apples
110 gr firmly packed brown sugar
100 gr granulated sugar
65 gr all purpose flour
1 egg yolk
2 gr vanilla extract
2 ml squeezed lemon juice
65 gr pecans
1 egg until foamy
9 unbaked pie shell

Instructions

Put chopped apples in a large bowl. Add sugar, flour, egg yolk, vanilla, lemon juice and pecans; mix well. Add egg white. Stir well and pour mixture into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 180ÂșC or 30-45 minutes or until ----
