Ingredients

240 ml milk
200 gr sugar
220 gr dark brown sugar
4 gr vanilla extract
22 gr corn syrup
8 pecan
180 ml water
24 cupcake papers
2,800 ml saucepan over high hea stir to thoroughly dissolve
4 pecan in paper
180 ml water
