Pecan Sandies

Ingredients

450 gr butter
200 gr confectioners sugar
30 ml water
18 gr vanilla extract
500 gr flour
270 gr pecans

Instructions

Recipe by: Sue Klapper In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add water and vanilla; mix well. Gradually add flour; fold in pecans. Roll dough into 3 cm balls. Place on ungreased baking sheets and flatten with fingers. Bake at 150ÂșC for 20 25 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. When cool, dust with confectioners' sugar.
