Penne All'arrabbiata

Ingredients

some garlic
1 1/2 penne
1 extra-virgin olive oil
1 onion
475 gr italian tomatoes
26 gr capers
65 gr green olives
4 gr peppers
3 anchovy fillets
1 gr basil leaves
160 ml dry wine
85 gr mushrooms
170 gr pancetta bacon

Instructions

minutes longer, add the basil leaves, then toss in the pasta and sprinkle generously with cheese and parsley. Serve immediately.
