Pepparkakor/martha White

Ingredients

110 gr butter
95 gr shortening
200 gr sugar
2 eggs
120 ml molasses
450 gr all purpose flour
9 gr baking soda
7 gr ginger
1 gr cinnamon
1 gr nutmeg
1 gr salt

Instructions

third into a 6.5 x 4 cm roll. Wrap each roll in waxed paper, sealing ends. Chill 3 hours or overnight. Preheat oven to 375. Cut rolls into 0 cm thick slices and arrange one inch apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes or until deep golden brown. Cool on wire racks. ----
