Pepper Cake With Pumpkin & Prunes

5 gr baking soda
3 gr cinnamon
5 gr ginger
1 gr nutmeg
1 gr salt
120 gr preserved stem ginger in -syrup
60 gr walnuts
65 gr butter
3 gr black pepper
110 gr brown sugar
100 gr sugar
2 eggs
250 gr unsweetened pumpkin

Instructions
in middle comes out dry. Cool cake in pan for about 15 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on rack.
